Return Period: 30 days from delivery date
Refund Processing Time: 10 business days from receipt of your returned item
Return Shipping Costs: Covered by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or the customer wants to receive a different size. We currently offer free size exchanges.
Restocking fee: We do not charge any restocking fee.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within two hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. After those two hours your order is locked for fulfilment and can no longer be cancelled — please wait for it to arrive and then follow the steps in our refund policy.
